Yes, each driver must have a valid driver’s license that is issued within one of the 50 United States.

The driver(s) must sign & submit our Binding Rental Agreement with proof of a valid Driver’s license issued within one of the 50 United States as well as full coverage automobile insurance.

The driver must be 25 years or older.

We serve our customers within Pass-A-Grille and south of the Don Cesar, including Vina Del Mar. 

No. By the city of St. Pete Beach's laws and regulations, carts are not permitted on the beaches, sidewalks, or bike paths and are prohibited for the crossing or operation of any state or county roads. The operation of our golf carts is only permitted on designated roadways within Pass-A-Grille and SOUTH of the Don Cesar.
